Dr Bhagat was kind and professional, he listened to my concerns and explained everything clearly. He performed the procedure efficiently and pleasantly. I may need a repeat and if so would very willingly go back to him.

Great communication. Explained everything in detail and clarified all questions I've had. WIll any day recommend his service. One feedback is to have better updates on patient information between departments. I think this is fundamental to be facilitated. This is more of a process related tweaking that is required.

I was nervous about the injection. Dr Ashish B scanned my shoulder then gave an excellent explanation of 'what is going on' inside my shoulder. This was followed by 2 guided injections which didn't hurt whatsoever.
